Where you fit in: Together we can open our hearts and hands to those who are struggling, and draw them closer to the master who has promised to give them rest. “Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For My yoke is easy and My burden is light.” (Matt 11:28-30)

Certainly every Christian may not be able to adopt, but we are all called to care for orphans. We can’t all take in the homeless, but we are all called to clothe the naked, feed the hungry, provide clothes & shelter for those who are cold. – You can help in some little way to show the love of Christ to those who desperately need it. A friendly warning: The task ahead is enormous; there are many obstacles, bumps, bruises, and disappointments along the way. The journey sometimes is more uncomfortable than we are used to. Your most trusted friends and allies may desert you, no longer believing in the vision at a critical time. We are not relying on our own strength but Christ’s, and since He is in the journey with us every other thing does not matter; that is why the journey is well worth the trouble!
